The Leninsky Komsomol made a unique crossing, conquering the ice of the Arctic Ocean, and for the first time in the history of the Soviet submarine fleet surfaced in the immediate vicinity of the North Pole. The heroic submarine was restored and became a museum. An excursion with the participation of members of the famous crew awaits the audience. Their stories are illustrated with fragments from the feature film "The North Pole" directed by Alexander Kott. Going back 60 years ago, it seems incredible that such a thing was possible, given the technical level of the ship itself. A detailed story about the feat of the submarine crew, thanks to whose heroism a nuclear catastrophe was prevented.
